Legal Secretary – Conveyancing (Part-Time, 3 Days per Week) – Location: Cardiff (Central)

Are you a skilled Legal Secretary with a background in Residential Conveyancing? TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established, friendly High Street law firm in central Cardiff, who are looking to add a part-time Legal Secretary to compliment their conveyancing team.

The Role:

Working closely with the conveyancing fee earners, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of client matters. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, booking appointments, and maintaining client files
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • Handling Land Registry and SDLT submissions
  • Supporting the team with general office administration
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing is essential
  • Strong typing, organisational and communication skills
  • A friendly, professional manner and the ability to work independently
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
Hours:
  • 3 days per week (flexible on days)
  • Office-based in central Cardiff
