Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 + package (based on experience)

Based: Office based (Full time) in Cardiff
Our client is a successful regional main contractor with an established reputation across South Wales and beyond. Typical projects range from £1m to £10m in value, across Commercial, Hospitality, Hotels, and Retail sectors, working for blue-chip clients nationwide. The company is well-established, financially secure, and focused on growth and development.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced (5+ years) Estimator to join the Pre-construction team based in Cardiff.
You will be responsible for hands-on estimating from first principles on a range of tenders for new build and fitout projects. The company offers stability, a strong tender pipeline, excellent career progression, and a challenging and rewarding environment.
- You will have solid estimating experience with a main or regional contractor.
- You will have experience pricing new build projects of at least £2m in value.
- Experience estimating on Commercial, Retail, or Hospitality projects is beneficial but not essential.
- A good track record of winning tenders on profitable projects.
- Must be commutable to Cardiff and willing to be office-based.
