I have a great opportunity for an Estimator to join a medium sized residential developer, based from their office near High Wycombe, Bucks.

The company have been around for over 30 years covering a range of residential projects across parts of London and the surround counties.

They deliver luxury new build houses up to 5 bedrooms and up to 2 storeys high.

Due to an increased workload, they are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their strong team.

They are looking for an Estimator that has worked on a range of new build residential projects across London and the surrounding counties and will be office based.

Experience:

• Solid permanent employment background working for a developer.
• Experience covering new build projects
• Able to commute to their head office near High Wycombe.
• Full UK Drivers Licence
