Based: Office based (Full time) in Cardiff

Typical projects range from £1m to £10m in value, across Commercial, Hospitality, Hotels, and Retail sectors, working for blue-chip clients nationwide. The company is well-established, financially secure, and focused on growth and development.

The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced (5+ years) Estimator to join the Pre-construction team based in Cardiff.

You will be responsible for hands-on estimating from first principles on a range of tenders for new build and fitout projects. The company offers stability, a strong tender pipeline, excellent career progression, and a challenging and rewarding environment.

The Person:

• You will have solid estimating experience with a main or regional contractor.
• You will have experience pricing new build projects of at least £2m in value.
• Experience estimating on Commercial, Retail, or Hospitality projects is beneficial but not essential.
• A good track record of winning tenders on profitable projects.
• Must be commutable to Cardiff and willing to be office-based.
