Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for new builds and refurbishment projects

* Work closely with project managers and the senior team to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control

* Provide timely and well-structured reports to support key decision-making

* Analyse tender documents, specifications, and drawings

* Contribute to the company’s success by identifying areas of cost efficiency and ensuring value engineering is applied

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within high-end residential or refurbishment sectors

* Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management

* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to add value to every project

* Excellent communication and team-working skills

* A relevant qualification in construction or estimating (desirable but not essential)
