Job summary
A leading communications provider in Cheadle is seeking an IT Technician to ensure excellent service for 250+ clients. This crucial role involves resolving user issues, maintaining helpdesk records, and collaborating with the Projects Team on network installations. Ideal candidates should possess strong PC hardware/software knowledge and fault-finding skills. - Good knowledge of Server operating systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery technologies is desirable.
- Experience with AV software will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Resolve user issues as an onsite IT Technician at customer sites.
- Liaise with Projects Team installing network infrastructure.
- Log helpdesk emails and tickets in a timely manner.
- Escalate technical issues when necessary.
