This crucial role involves resolving user issues, maintaining helpdesk records, and collaborating with the Projects Team on network installations. Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Server operating systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery technologies is desirable.
  • Experience with AV software will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve user issues as an onsite IT Technician at customer sites.
  • Liaise with Projects Team installing network infrastructure.
  • Log helpdesk emails and tickets in a timely manner.
  • Escalate technical issues when necessary.
