A leading recruitment agency is seeking a full-time Progression Coach in North West London. In this temporary role, you will empower young people to achieve independence by providing person-centered support. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, conducting assessments, and advocating for clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in support settings and strong safeguarding knowledge.
Location: Willesden- North West London
Pay: £15 per hour (including holiday pay)
Hours: 37.5 per week | Shifts on a rota (Monday-Sunday)
Rota: Early: 8-4 | Mid: 9-5 | Late: 12-8 | 2 weekends in 4
Contract: Temporary (approx. 2-3 months)
Are you passionate about empowering young people to achieve independence? We’re looking for a Progression Coach to deliver person‑centred support to young people experiencing homelessness. You’ll manage a small caseload, complete assessments and support plans, and help clients access education, employment, and housing opportunities.
This is a rewarding and hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll need experience supporting young people in housing or support settings, strong safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Please note: this role involves lone working.
