Through discussions with local Ashurst staff, they will help ensure the outcomes of each project meet the requirements for that office, while ensuring compliance with global Ashurst Workplace standards and strategy.

The role requires the ability to confidently manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial discussions, through design, business case creation, briefing and specification development, construction, operations and then closure, with minimal disruption to business operations.

The Workplace Project Manager will join the Global Workplace team during a busy period with multiple projects underway, including significant relocation projects in Europe and the Middle East.

This is a full time, 12 month fixed-term contract role based out of our London office with hybrid working.

  • Substantive experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading property or workplace related projects, within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of working on complex, large-scale business transformation projects, across the whole project lifecycle including scoping, scheduling, costing, resourcing, change, communications, quality, risk and project closure.
  • Advanced organisational and influencing skills, flexibility of style and attention to detail, whilst being a critical and logical thinker, able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressured, detail-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. As well as a proven ability to operate confidently in relation to workplace and construction matters.
