Job Description

Job Title: Project & Delivery Manager

Reports To: Head of Delivery

Contract Type: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9 AM - 5.30 PM working hours, with some evening delivery & overnight stays where necessary in line with the role)

Location of Role: Hybrid role - 2 days in office (central London location), 3 days working from home is the current working setup.

Start Date: £35k-£40k

About the role

This is a great role for someone who likes variety and is looking at delivering end to end projects for the business. You will be working with our dynamic, passionate team, contributing towards a positive impact in supporting young people to understand their future options.

You will hold responsibility for a few of our key projects and expected to end to end deliver, from kick off, to review. This role will include renewing of partnerships, yet is more focused on detail and structure of delivering a project successfully.

Your responsibilities
  • Account management and project delivery for client programmes – including project planning, risk identification, task coordination, and providing clear progress updates through email and regular meetings.
  • Coordination of school engagement activities, such as scheduling sessions, managing logistics, and overseeing both in-person and virtual delivery.
  • Leadership and support for the Student Support & Events Executive, ensuring high-quality outreach delivery, strong student guidance, and effective collection of feedback and application data.
  • Effective management of your own schedule, including organising school sessions, hosting virtual and in-person events, and travelling between onsite activities.
  • Delivery and facilitation of events ranging from small workshops to large-scale sessions of 300+ attendees for students, parents, and employers.
  • Ownership of pre-event preparation, working with clients to shape agendas and producing professional PowerPoint presentations and resources.
  • Collection and analysis of post-event data to contribute to comprehensive project reports, including both quantitative and qualitative insights.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing a project end-to-end
  • Project management interests and qualifications

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.
  • Willing to travel when needed for the role.
  • Experience of delivering events and/or mentoring of young people.
  • Confidence and ability to speak to our main audiences – students, parents, teachers, & employers.
  • Time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • You need to be able to take a methodical and organised approach to your work, paying close attention to detail.
  • A self‑starter able to use initiative; (our team is motivated to make impact, every day).
