As a Project Coordinator, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the central point of contact, facilitating clear and timely communication between project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors
- Organising, tracking and maintaining all project related documentation, including contracts, schedules, drawings and change orders
- Assisting in the development and monitoring of project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and coordinating the delivery of materials and resources
- Supporting the Project Manager in tracking project expenditures
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and accurately documenting and distributing meeting minutes and action items
- Purchasing relevant materials
- Previous experience in a project support or coordination role
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrable strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
