Key Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the central point of contact, facilitating clear and timely communication between project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors
  • Organising, tracking and maintaining all project related documentation, including contracts, schedules, drawings and change orders
  • Assisting in the development and monitoring of project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and coordinating the delivery of materials and resources
  • Supporting the Project Manager in tracking project expenditures
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and accurately documenting and distributing meeting minutes and action items
  • Purchasing relevant materials
Desirable Requirements:
