The GDP is a structured two-year scheme designed to support your development at the start of your Jacobs career journey. Through a combination of blended learning, mentoring, progress reviews and networking, you will establish yourself as knowledgeable and competent across four key focus areas: human skills, consulting skills, champion our strategy and your passions.

The Graduate Development Programme allows you to customise your learning journey to reflect your specific interests, career goals, and technical skillset – creating a graduate experience that is unique to you. The GDP is an on-the-job experience, with learning often happening through real projects. You’ll work with your manager and mentor to collect the learning experiences that will be most meaningful for you.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Project Managers to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in project management, working alongside industry-leading experts on major programmes across transportation, water, energy, defence, healthcare, and the built environment.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
• Help identify and manage risks and issues.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
• Contribute to the development of project documentation and presentations.
• Learn and apply project management tools and techniques.
• Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

• Be working towards a relevant Degree or Master’s level qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural, Building Services or related degrees
• A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward
• Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things
