Qualifications

  • Expertise in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS-Projects, FastDraft).
  • Proficiency in PMBOK or PRINCE2 methodologies.
  • Understanding of CDM regulations and relevant industry standards.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Relevant industry experience in fields such as Oil & Gas, Power, Energy, Chemical, Nuclear or Utilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define project goals, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior management and clients.
  • Develop and adjust detailed project plans as needed.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members' skills and experience.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders.

Overview

A global leading automation company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within a major framework. This role involves planning, execution, and oversight, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between project teams and senior management, providing strategic guidance and regular progress updates. The Project Manager role will work predominantly on National Gas Projects and will be based in Warrington (hybrid) on a permanent staff basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project goals, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior management and clients.
