RAM Innovations is at the cutting edge of UK semiconductor packaging. We design and manufacture high-efficiency, high-density power modules using embedded die technology, serving demanding applications across transport, industrial, defence and renewable energy markets.

We’ve recently secured a number of new customer projects, with many more in the pipeline, and we’re looking for a talented, hands-on Project Manager experienced in the delivery of product development projects.
This isn’t just another PM role, you’ll be at the heart of scaling one of the UK’s most exciting semiconductor innovators.
As Project Manager at RAM Innovations, you will:
Our success is built on close collaboration and rapid problem-solving, which is why we need you onsite with our team in North Wales (near Chester) most of the week. You’ll also be out meeting customers, representing RAM at the highest level. While there will be some opportunity to work from home, this is a role where being hands-on and present really makes the difference.

Work with customers ranging from multi-billion-dollar blue chips to disruptive start-ups across the UK, Europe, and the US
Be at the cutting edge of the semiconductor industry, developing advanced packaging for aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors
Support the deployment of wide bandgap semiconductors that are transforming power electronics and driving the global transition to net zero
Proven project management experience in a fast-moving technical environment
A positive, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in ambiguity
The leadership skills to inspire teams and deliver results
