We’ve recently secured a number of new customer projects, with many more in the pipeline, and we’re looking for a talented, hands-on Project Manager experienced in the delivery of product development projects.

This isn’t just another PM role, you’ll be at the heart of scaling one of the UK’s most exciting semiconductor innovators.

Your role

As Project Manager at RAM Innovations, you will:

• Lead game-changing projects that bring cutting-edge semiconductor packaging technologies to life
• Build trusted partnerships with world-class customers across the UK, Europe, and the US
• Drive performance and innovation, ensuring every project is delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standards
• Safeguard RAM’s growth, keeping projects commercially sharp and protecting against scope creep
• Shape the future of RAM, putting in place scalable processes that will fuel our next stage of expansion
• Be part of the leadership team, working side-by-side with operations, finance, sales, and engineering to steer the business forward

Where you’ll work

Our success is built on close collaboration and rapid problem-solving, which is why we need you onsite with our team in North Wales (near Chester) most of the week. You’ll also be out meeting customers, representing RAM at the highest level. While there will be some opportunity to work from home, this is a role where being hands-on and present really makes the difference.
