A leading recruitment agency is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support major organizational change initiatives in the United Kingdom. This role involves remote work, with occasional travel to London and the Midlands for meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills and experience in managing stakeholder expectations, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Power BI. The contract is expected to last for 6 months with potential extensions.
Qualifications
- Experienced in business analysis including business case development and end to end process mapping.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and communication.
- Understanding of large organizations and their functional areas.
Responsabilités
- Outline business case and project initiation document (PID).
- Define project scope and objectives while involving stakeholders.
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assist in writing user process guides and maintaining documentation.
