A consulting firm is seeking a Business Analyst to lead their Salesforce/CRM transformation effort. This role requires proven experience in business analysis for complex global programs, strong analytical skills, and expertise in Salesforce. You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, produce user documentation, and support user adoption activities. The position offers a unique chance to work on a significant global rollout in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with both remote and hybrid working options.

My client in the Insurance Industry is embarking on an exciting global CRM transformation, consolidating platforms into a single, enterprise-wide Salesforce solution. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of this global rollout. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, you will ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into scalable Salesforce capabilities.
You will work within a delivery squad, collaborating closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to enable seamless migration from legacy systems and drive adoption of Salesforce across the organisation.
