Business Analyst (D365) – Contract | Day Rate (Flexible for the Right Candidate) Location: Mainly remote, with national & international travel (twice monthly)

Our client, a rapidly growing services organisation operating at the centre of multiple mergers and acquisitions, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong D365 expertise to support a major transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive ‘as-is’ process mapping across current sales, customer service, and field service functions.
  • Perform detailed gap analysis between existing business processes and the current D365 system build.
  • Identify and communicate required changes to both business processes and system configuration to ensure a smooth and effective D365 rollout.
  • Attend onsite workshops twice a month, both nationally and internationally. A valid driving licence is essential.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across acquired businesses to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency in future-state processes.
  • Support the programme in maintaining a clear scope and robust change management approach.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically across Field Service and Sales modules.
  • Strong background in process mapping, gap analysis, and operational optimisation.
  • Excellent understanding of scope control and change management principles within complex transformation environments.
  • Confident communicator capable of engaging with teams across multiple locations and business units.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments created through mergers and acquisitions.
