Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head Booker to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this remote role, you will lead the agency’s booking operations, working closely with models and clients to deliver exceptional results. Occasional travel will be required for meetings, events, and project collaborations.

Beyond booking responsibilities, this role involves expertise in office management, accounts/invoicing, social media management, and experience with media platforms and the CBS platform, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

Model & Client Coordination

• Manage bookings for models and clients, ensuring schedules are optimised and well-communicated.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Source and assign talent to projects, ensuring suitability and professionalism.

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day agency operations, including office management tasks and project coordination.
• Manage accounts and invoicing processes, ensuring financial accuracy and timely payments.
• Leverage the CBS platform to streamline workflows and maintain client records.

Social Media & Marketing

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to enhance agency visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with creatives to produce high-quality content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to achieve measurable growth.

Media & Industry Expertise

• Utilise experience in media platforms to improve operational efficiency and industry reach.
• Stay updated on modeling trends and apply insights to benefit the agency’s talent roster and client offerings.

Team Leadership

• Mentor junior team members and provide support where needed.
• Work alongside the agency director to meet contract goals and ensure project success.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar booking or talent agency role.
• Proficiency in office management, accounts/invoicing, and project coordination.
• Expertise in social media management, content creation, and analytics.
• Familiarity with CBS platform and media industry practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of working independently and delivering under tight deadlines.
