The successful applicant will have an established book of business with experience and appetite for building an admired multidisciplinary technical expert team.

This is a remote position, and the Technical Expert can be based anywhere in the UK.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Serve as the lead Technical Expert on major disputes.
  • Draft and deliver expert witness reports.
  • Contribute actively to Senior Leadership Meetings.
  • Drive business development initiatives, promoting the consultancy’s brand, services, and values to prospective clients and employees.
  • Lead staff training, mentoring, and professional development.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience acting as a Technical Expert.
  • Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or MEP
  • Proven expertise in drafting high-quality expert reports.
  • Previous appointment(s) in an expert witness capacity.
  • Broad experience across diverse markets, construction and engineering projects.
  • Experienced in securing expert witness appointments.
  • Testifying experience
  • Experience and appetite for building an admired multidisciplinary technical expert team.
  • Strong ability to build, develop, and sustain client relationships.
