This position is on a self-employed, work-from-home basis.

The successful Financial Advisor will be offered:

• Unlimited earning potential, with top earners making up to £300,000 annually (dependent on business volume and work ethic)
• 80:20 split
• Compliance support
• In-house and external training/workshops
• CII exam training and in-house study courses, including R0, AF, Level 6, and Fellowship
• No monthly fees
• Paraplanning support
• Admin support
• Fully qualified advisor (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning)
• Preferably experience as an adviser, but open to those seeking progression from a previous role
• An existing client bank to bring with you
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Computer literacy with attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and proactive

Working hours:

• Self-employed basis
• Flexible working hours
• Remote work available

Role responsibilities include:

• Contact clients and schedule meetings for comprehensive reviews of their financial situations, current provisions, and future goals
• Analyze information and collaborate with support teams to prepare tailored recommendations and review financial reports
• Research approved product providers and inform clients about new and existing products and services
• Maintain awareness of financial products and legislation to ensure technical knowledge remains current
• Develop and sustain client relationships
• Continuously grow your client bank and maximize opportunities to build profitable relationships
