Qualifications

• Experience with integrations (ERP, CRM).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and change management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Veeva Vault modules (PromoMats, EQMS, Submissions/RIM).
• Manage user roles, security policies, and life cycle configurations.
• Support integration with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with Veeva upgrades (quarterly releases) and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and GDPR requirements.
