Job summary

A leading technology consultancy is seeking a Blockchain Architect to define and deliver the architecture for next-generation KYC solutions. This fully remote role requires expertise in Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda, with responsibilities including developing blockchain systems for customer data exchange. Ideal candidates have a deep understanding of KYC processes and should possess strong leadership and communication skills. This position offers a competitive daily rate between £475 - £525 inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda platforms.
• Deep understanding of blockchain interoperability, data privacy, and security principles.
• Demonstrated experience within financial services, particularly KYC/AML processes and secure customer data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture for blockchain-based KYC and identity verification systems.
• Design smart contracts and distributed workflows integrated with AI-based onboarding platforms.
• Collaborate with AI, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Provide technical leadership in best practices for scalability, interoperability, and security.
• Communicate complex blockchain concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
