Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large residential project in East London. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in project management, excellent technical knowledge, and health & safety awareness. Key responsibilities include managing site teams and ensuring project completion on time. Attractive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 plus package offered.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable housebuilder.
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to commute to East London daily.

I have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large new build residential project in East London.
The company has been around for many years and has evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.
They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a new build residential project in East London comprising circa 100 units; 3 x RC frame blocks up to 6 storeys of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The project is due to kick off soon and they are ready to start interviewing now. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding company and work on prestigious projects.
- Track record working for a reputable housebuilder as a Project Manager
- Experience overseeing projects from inception through to completion
- RC frame experience
- Excellent team player and man-manager able to motivate site teams
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Good longevity with previous employers
- Health & Safety conscious
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Able to commute to East London on a daily basis
