Job summary
A growing residential developer in Bristol is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects while benefiting from the stability and growth provided by a reputable company. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, ready for career advancement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or currently as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Ability to manage costs and project timelines effectively.
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support the pipeline of work in the residential development sector.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager.
- Contribute to the development of new build and refurbishment schemes.
Skills
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, residential developer with an office based in Bristol which oversees the development of both new build and refurbishment schemes across South West and South Wales.
Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help support their pipeline of work. You will be working in a close knit team and reporting into the Commercial Manager.
This role offers a chance to work on a variety of schemes whilst developing and growing with a reputable company that can offer stability and growth in your career.
Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor and ready for a step up or currently working as a Quantity Surveyor.
