What you’ll do?

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for handling various support tickets and resolving complex technical problems, to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients. The position plays a critical part in maintaining and troubleshooting client systems, providing expert support to ensure the efficient operation of their IT services and mentoring and upskilling of junior engineers.

  • Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies delivering excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.
  • Manage end point software installation and licensing, and end user device setup and transfer.
  • Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk, assisting with mentoring of other engineers and providing hands on support when required.
  • Provide general application support, troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, create file sharing connections.
  • Documenting time and technical information into our ticketing systems and client information tools.

What you’ll bring?

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Systems Engineer or similar role - MSP experience is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in the infrastructure, networking and remote desktop space (Office 365, Intune, VMware, Cisco, etc).
  • Solid time management skills and able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a background in documentation and updating time tickets in a timely manner.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies.
