A leading automotive club in Moreton-in-Marsh is looking for an energetic Events Coordinator to help deliver national and regional events. The role involves supporting the Head of Events with planning and execution, working with suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring high event standards. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for the automotive culture.
Porsche Club GB is the only official Porsche Club in the UK and the largest in Europe. Established in 1961, we have over 23,000 members and each year put on a varied calendar of national and regional events that celebrate the Porsche marque and community.
Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, proactive and organised Events Coordinator to support the delivery of our most important events and experiences. These range from large-scale festivals with 2-3k people to smaller exclusive community tours and gatherings. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small flexible team and contribute to growing the UK’s most respected car communities. For the right candidate, the role offers good development opportunities with close exposure to other management disciplines such as marketing, publishing, communications and finance.
This involves support to the Head of Events (direct line manager) and wider Club team in the planning and delivery of Porsche Club GB events. The role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical experience in event management, be part of a passionate team, and contribute to one of the UK’s most respected car clubs.
