• Develop and maintain design standards for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Review and update building design criteria to align with current standards.
• Document and standardize engineering specifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Evaluate sustainable design solutions and assess energy efficiency opportunities.
• Analyze building performance data to optimize systems.
• Drive innovation in sustainable building technologies.
• Review design submissions for compliance with standards.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet sustainability targets and performance requirements.
• Validate engineering calculations and specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP design.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Experience with sustainable design principles and green building certifications.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and modeling tools.

• Collaborate daily with sustainability teams.
• Evaluate design options and pilot projects.
• Conduct independent analysis and participate in group discussions.
• Report findings and recommendations regularly.
• Implement and monitor pilot projects.
• Attend meetings and workshops.
• Stay updated on sustainability trends.

• High daily interaction with teams.
• Collaborate with multiple departments.
• Communicate via meetings, calls, emails, and collaborative tools.
• Potentially mentor junior team members.
