This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone just starting their career who’s:

AI obsessed and has a passion for keeping up to date with the latest developments

Naturally curious about how technology can solve real-world business problems

Spent evenings experimenting with new apps or tools “just to see how they work”

Excited by the idea of breaking down a process to find ways to make it faster or smarter

Got a natural ability and desire to problem solve

What You’ll Make Happen

• Stay on the bleeding edge of AI progress and assess applicability to our business
• Share insights and wins across teams via Slack and other channels
• Track adoption, impact and success using clear metrics and KPIs
• Support adoption through documentation, feedback and team training
• Identify and solve process inefficiencies with AI-driven approaches
• Take problems and design, build and roll out innovative solutions
• Explore and critically assess new AI and low / no-code tools to enhance our workflows

Nice to Haves:

• Experience building repeatable AI-powered workflows
• Understanding of digital marketing or creative operations workflows

Hiring Process

• Quick chat - you'll meet with Ben from our Operations team
• A task - we'll then send you a task to complete, you can showcase your creative thinking and ability to problem solve
• Final interview - our final step is to meet with Alix (Head of AI) and Louise (CEO)
