Job summary
A prestigious city law firm in Manchester is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner. This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum, with generous bonuses and a fully remote working arrangement, requiring only quarterly office attendance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Leasehold transactions and demonstrate strong self-management skills.

Candidate Criteria:
- A confident volume, senior experience level, with expertise in complex Leasehold Sales/ Purchases.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and be self-motivated in a senior conveyancing role.
- It would be beneficial to be qualified, but not essential. The equivalent of 5+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer is what the firm is looking for.
