Job description

Bridging development and infrastructure is the true essence of DevOps.

Success has led to expansion, creating a need to bridge the gap between these two well-established teams. It's time for DevOps.

You would leverage your knowledge of the software development lifecycle and "think like a developer" whilst ensuring smooth and successful deployments. You enjoy collaborating, understanding problems, and providing creative solutions. You’ve worked in environments with heavy Java usage; while coding is not required, understanding code is essential. Git is heavily used, Jenkins for CI, and Terraform for infrastructure as code. Public and private cloud experience is advantageous, with opportunities to upskill.

The company uses large-scale datasets to provide location services, enabling better and more accurate reporting. This helps locate individuals in remote areas for emergency services, improving response times and saving lives. Your work would contribute to making a positive impact on people's lives nationally.
