What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging, remote training sessions for Level 3 and HNC Level 4 Construction qualifications.
• Share your knowledge on key construction principles, techniques, regulations, and best practices.
• Adapt your teaching style to suit a variety of learners-whether through lectures, demos, or interactive sessions.
• Support, inspire, and empower learners to thrive in their careers.

What We're Looking For:

• Teaching/training experience OR significant industry background with mentoring/coaching skills.
• A natural communicator with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
