Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants a consistent telehealth role built around client care rather than shifting priorities. This position focuses on helping individuals and families improve communication, manage stress, and work through ongoing mental health concerns. The workday is structured, sessions are scheduled, and expectations are clear.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth
  • Complete intake interviews and clinical assessments
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans
  • Document sessions accurately and on time
  • Adjust therapeutic approaches based on client progress
  • Practice in accordance with Kentucky LMFT regulations
Qualifications
  • Active Kentucky LMFT license
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Ability to manage a remote caseload independently
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
