Job summary
A leading legal recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Probate Case Manager with a salary range of £27k-£30k. The role is primarily remote but office-based work is optional. You are expected to manage a caseload, develop client relationships, and ensure accurate legal documentation for estate planning. Must have a minimum of 4 years PQE in probate and estate administration.

- Experience in dealing with client complaints effectively.

- Draft and summarise legal and financial documentation.

Skills
Senior Probate Case Manager - £27k-£30k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Review and approve estate accounts.
- Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation.
- Conduct research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure.
- Manage an independent case load.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, assisting and mentoring paralegals.
- Correspond with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case.
- Deal with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently, ensuring that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly.
- Probate Fee Earner with at least 4 years PQE in probate and estate administration, confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
- Minimum of 4+ years of running a probate caseload.
- Utilise and maintain case management system.
- Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.
- Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.
A successful estate planning team of Legal experts are looking for a Probate Case Manager to join an expanding team. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of probate casework experience.
