We’re looking for a Deal Strategy Manager to help us build out our EMEA Deal Desk function within Revenue Operations. As the first Deal Desk hire in EMEA, you’ll partner directly with Sales on our most complex and strategic deals. This role is critical to ensuring operational rigor and strategic support throughout the quote-to-close process, enabling smarter, faster, and more scalable growth across our teams.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets.

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program.

As a Deal Strategy Manager you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the EMEA Sales Team on deal structure, pricing governance, and general deal process and policy. You’ll oversee day-to-day Deal Desk activities and act as a primary liaison for escalations and approvals involving Legal, Accounting, Finance, and RevOps.

  • Oversee order form customizations, special terms, and accuracy to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Provide ad hoc sales operations support.
About you:
  • Have 4+ years experience working in SaaS and high-growth companies, specifically in Deal Desk and/or Sales Operations role(s).
  • Have experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, and Ironclad CLM.
  • Possess a knowledge of general sales operations systems and processes.
