Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong infrastructure and data architecture expertise to design and implement scalable technical solutions across a wide technology stack. Working remotely, you'll be joining on an initial 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension through to 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions integrating infrastructure and data components
• Architect virtualized infrastructure solutions and data integration strategies
• Create architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications
• Design data pipelines, ETL processes, and BI solutions
• Provide technical guidance to development and infrastructure teams
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Essential Skills & Experience

• SQL: Advanced database design, optimization, and performance tuning
• Virtual Machines: VM infrastructure design and management (VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud VMs)
• Qlik Replicate: Data replication solution design and implementation
• TIBCO DataPlane: Integration architecture experience
• Tableau: BI architecture including server and data source optimization
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with 7 years in technical architecture
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and data architecture principles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Remote (UK-based)
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
• Security Clearance: Please note due to the nature of clearance required, this is open to UK nationals only (no Dual nationals) - SC clearance will also need to be undertaken.
