A true ‘digital disrupter’, this cutting-edge Insurtech is turning the claims landscape on its head; challenging the status quo and the previously accepted norms – and delivering fantastic customer outcomes as a result!

This ‘Third Party Administrator – with a difference’ is the brain child of several insurance veterans with rich pedigrees in utilising state-of-the-art technology to tackle longstanding problems in the claims industry. Cash rich, it has been backed by a number of specialist VC firms, and has long-term agreements in place with some of the best-known MGA’s on the planet.

This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

You’ll be managing a mixed caseload of Commercial Motor and Motor Trade claims (from cradle to grave), typically comprising Accidental Damage and Third Party Damage losses. Throughout the process, you’ll demonstrate excellent attention to detail, together with the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients, and customers to the high standards required by the business.

It is essential that you have 3+ years’ experience within Motor Claims Handling, and that you are well-versed in handling Commercial Motor losses.

We will consider Motor Claims Handlers who currently deal with both personal and commercial Motor claims, however, the focus for this role will very much be Commercial Motor. Ideally, you will come from an insurer, MGA or loss adjusting environment, with experience of dealing with claims through to full settlement.

As this role is 100% home-based, you must be highly motivated and able to work under your own steam, with minimal supervision (but lots of support!). As you’d expect from a disruptive Insurtech firm, you should be client service-focused, with a can-do attitude, and pride yourself on your problem-solving skills and innovative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes. As you will be dealing with stakeholders from all walks of life, and dealing with a wide variety of losses, you must have excellent communication and rapport building skills, with the ability to have difficult conversations, whilst demonstrating empathy.

You will receive a generous basic salary of up to £33K per annum (Negotiable, depending on experience), plus a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
