Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a motivated Observation Assessor to join their Health & Social Care Apprenticeship team. The successful candidate will visit workplaces to carry out assessments and provide support to learners. A passion for education, excellent communication skills, and relevant qualifications are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Health and Social Care sector at Senior Carer level.
  • Must have own transport and business-use car insurance.
  • Employment subject to enhanced DBS check & references.

Responsibilities

  • Visit workplaces to observe learners in real-life care settings.
  • Provide feedback to support learner progression.
  • Plan and conduct in-person visits with an average of 3 learners per day.
  • Support with mock assessments, discussions, and reviews.
