Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with database development experience.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production software for issues and provide quick fixes.
• Ensure fixes are thoroughly tested before customer release.
• Follow SLA commitments for fault analysis and resolution.
