We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Clinical Educator to join a leading organisation delivering adult healthcare services. This national role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence clinical practice and education on a UK-wide scale.
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programmes across adult services
- Support, mentor, and develop clinical staff to ensure high standards of care and best practice
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders nationally
- Undertake national travel as required, alongside remote working
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
- Experience working within adult services
- A training or teaching qualification is desirable, or proven experience in a similar clinical education / practice development role
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel nationally
- Salary up to £55,000
- Car allowance
