A charity organization is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide specialist support to children undergoing oncology treatment. This position is home-based, requiring visits in West Wales and travel to Cardiff twice monthly. Qualifications
- Relevant Social Work Qualification is mandatory.
- Registration with Social Care Wales required.
- Must have Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or agree to apply for one.
- 3 years of referencing needed.
- Driving license with access to a car necessary.

- Provide specialist social work support to children receiving oncology treatment.
- Work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage a varied and emotionally demanding caseload.
