Job summary

A leading estate agency in the United Kingdom is seeking motivated individuals for a Partner role, offering a unique hybrid working model. This position combines the responsibilities of an employed role with the flexibility of self-employment. Main Purpose of the role

The Role

In this FULLLY EMPLOYED position Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale.

Support

This is not a self-employed position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development team support, local property centre assistance, the best technology and industry-leading marketing to help you raise your brand awareness locally.

They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.
