If you have experience of working in a target driven environment as well as experience of travelling long haul, we'd be happy to hear from you too.

Our recruitment process is as follows: If you’ve amazed us with your application you’ll be invited to an online ‘Get to know Travelbag’ session to give you an insight into the role, Travelbag’s journey and what it’s like to work for Travelbag. You’ll then be asked to complete a recorded video interview, in your own time. If you’re successful at this stage you’ll be invited to a final online interview.
When you join Travelbag, you’ll have an initial 4-week interactive training period with our inhouse training team. You’ll then join our ‘academy’ with dedicated support alongside support and coaching from your manager.
You will have lots of opportunities to enhance your product and destination knowledge – including weekly product training from our destination team and supplier hosted events where you can meet others in the industry as well as learn about a product or destination – and there are usually prizes up for grabs!
Our Travel Specialists work 37.5 hours per week 5 days over 7, 9am to 6.00pm. In peak periods we can be open 9am to 9pm to meet our customer demands.
