• Lead the commercial strategy for a breakthrough sustainable materials technology, including: Market creation and customer acquisition;
• High-value partnerships with global luxury and consumer brands;
• Commercialisation from innovation through to scale;
• Global marketing and brand positioning.

• Deliver commercial growth and revenue;
• Build and lead the commercial function;
• Develop scalable go-to-market strategies and CRM systems;
• Represent the business at industry and client events across Europe;
• Ensure customer insight informs product and innovation.

• B2B sales experience in materials, pigments, dyes, polymers, textiles, beauty, packaging or adjacent sectors;
• Track record introducing new technology to global brands;
• Capability to build structure in a scaling environment;
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills;
• European language skills (French/Italian/German) advantageous.
