Apprenticeship Business Development Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: East & West Midlands (home-based with regional travel)

• Develop and manage key employer accounts to expand apprenticeship opportunities.
• Lead and support a team of Account Managers to deliver against ambitious targets.
• Conduct strategic reviews with employers to align services with workforce needs.
• Use data insights to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to drive alignment across skills and employability contracts.
• Represent the organisation at regional and national employer meetings.

• Proven track record in business development within apprenticeships or skills.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a data-driven approach.
• Flexible to travel across the Midlands.
