DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Casualty Claims Examiner – Construction Defect to join the Sr. Construction Defect Claims team. At DUAL, Sr. Casualty Examiners play a critical role in managing and resolving insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency, while complying with state regulatory requirements. In this role, you will investigate claims, analyze policy coverages, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure claim resolution. You will independently manage low to moderate exposure claims involving alleged defects in residential and commercial construction.

Travel: 0-10%
Salary Range: $120,000.00-$140,000.00
