Remote Telesales Representative - Work from Home | Full-Time, Permanent | Mon-Fri - £24.5k Base + OTE £32.5k+

Do you have a minimum of one year's outbound cold call/telesales experience within the last three years? Have you worked with sales targets and consistently achieved them? Are you willing to work 10:30am to 7:00pm Mon-Thu and 9:00am to 5:30pm Fri? Are you happy to work from home 100% of the time and earn good commission?

What you will do
  • Engage Customers: Connect with potential customers, presenting an exciting product packed with incredible value.
  • Drive Sales: Make outbound sales calls daily.
  • Hit Your Targets: Secure 7 - 10 sales a day – 90% of the team are currently achieving their goals and earning over the bonus potential.
  • Stay Compliant: Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top-notch service.
What experience you will need
  • Previous Sales Experience - 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years.
  • Home Office Setup - A quiet workspace where you can focus and succeed remotely.
  • Motivation to Exceed Targets - Passion for sales, resilience, and commitment to following best practices.
