What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth adoption
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Drive customer renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Partner with support and product teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Track customer health, usage, and adoption metrics to proactively address risks

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years in customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities
• Familiarity with CRM or CSM tools (HubSpot)
