A leading apprenticeship provider is seeking an experienced Additional Learning Support Coach to support neuro-diverse learners. This remote role requires a passion for mentoring and motivating individuals, with responsibilities including conducting group and one-on-one sessions to ensure academic success. Candidates must hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in functional skills for English and Maths, along with a training qualification. Location: Remote* Please note you will need be based in the U.K due to GDPR
Salary: up to £29,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
We are looking for an energised, passionate and experienced experts to join us as a remote based Additional Learning Support Coach. In this role you will support, mentor and coach neuro-diverse learners on a remote basis by encouraging and inspiring them to complete their planned learning and development tasks throughout their learning journey.
You will lead on the company’s use of Cognassist and will ensure that all learners identified with a learning difficulty or disability (LDD) have bespoke support and reasonable adjustments in place to enable them to succeed. You will use your expertise to support both the tutors and employers in terms of support strategies, exam access arrangements and differentiation and will provide 1:1 support for identified learners where necessary.
