Job summary

A well-established consultancy is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant for a 3-month remote contract, requiring strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Job description

A well established MS partner and consultancy are seeking Senior Functional Consultants to join them on a 3 month contract period. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting customers across their digital transformation journey.

Majority of the role is fully remote working, however may involve some client travel every now and again.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to elicit requirements, analyse business processes, and develop solution roadmaps aligned to organisational strategy
• Provide functional leadership across the design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable, and pragmatic solution designs
• Facilitate workshops, solution demonstrations, and user acceptance testing to drive successful adoption
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams from initiation through to implementation, ensuring effective communication and governance
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery standards and methodologies
• Ensure solutions fully leverage the broader Microsoft ecosystem to maximise business value

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing delivery roles
• 3-5 years hands‑on experience delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions (including Dataverse and Azure integrations)
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Strong stakeholder engagement background including requirements definition, high‑level solution design and functional architecture
• Ability to assess requirements vs. standard product capabilities and recommend optimal configuration/extension approaches
